Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
All items are shipped directly from our boutiques. If you have ordered items from more than one boutique, you will receive a separate delivery from each boutique. You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. If you have further queries, please contact us and we can provide the shipping tracking number of your purchase.
Shipping times will vary. Please refer to our shipping section for more information. HIJUP UK cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.


You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by the boutique. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. Alternatively, You can use the contact form, or email us at customercare@haute-elan.com


Delivery Information
We deliver worldwide using FedEx and offer Next Day* International delivery for all orders received by 12 pm.

Note: Subject to placing your order before specific cut-off times.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day on which we accept your order. HIJUP UK is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Our delivery provider do not server to countries : Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falklands, Guinea Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Korea, North, Mayotte Island, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Saint Pierre Et Miquelon, Sao Tome & Principe Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Helena, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Wake Islands.

Customs Clearance

HIJUP UK Marketplace houses 200+ global brands. Some of the products from customers orders will be dispatched directly from designers. Products coming from different countries may incur import duty and customs charges.

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel including the customs charges must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

For US Customers - imports from Europe please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will have one week to provide this information.
